VP3D: Videophone Endagered

R.E.M. Films is concerned about how decisions are being made that directly impacts the Deaf community. In response to several proposals made to the FCC R.E.M. Films decided to remind the world that we, the Deaf Community, deserve the best technology available to us. This video serves as a reminder to decision makers who the VRS industry was created for.
